PART 4 GENEALOGY

God shows us great value in descendants through the genealogies in the Bible. Every individual in the genealogy of Jesus was absolutely essential in His birth. Every person in your genealogy was essential in your existence. Ancestors and descendants are equally important. We have not just lost 64 million children to abortion, not counting the additional abortions from Plan B and other forms of birth control, we have ended 64 million generational lines in the United States alone. What have we done?

1.     Psalm 127:3-5  ³ Behold, children are a heritage (gift) from the Lord, The fruit of the womb is a reward.⁴ Like arrows in the hand of a warrior, So are the children of one’s youth.  ⁵ Happy is the man who has his quiver full of them; They shall not be ashamed, But shall speak with their enemies in the gate.

2.     Psalm 22:9-10  ⁹ Yet You brought me out of the womb; You made me trust in You, even at my mother’s breast. ¹⁰ From birth I was cast on You; from my mother’s womb You have been my God.

3.     Psalm 22:30-31  ³⁰ Posterity will serve Him; future generations will be told about the Lord.
³¹ They will proclaim His righteousness, declaring to a people yet unborn:   He has done it!

FAMILY TREE

Let’s say this is your family tree.

We begin with your great-great-great grandparents who gave birth to your great-great grandpa who married your great-great grandma.

They gave birth to your Great grandpa who married your great grandma and gave birth to your grandma who married your grandpa.

They gave birth to your Dad who married your mom and your Aunt who married your uncle and gave birth to your generation.

Then you, your Siblings and Cousins gave birth to your kids who gave birth to the next generation.

And so on, till the end of time.

This is, of course, in a world where abortion is unheard of.

Let’s say your aunt wasn’t married when she conceived her first son, and her fiancé, your uncle, pressured her to have an abortion. Having no other resources, and knowing nothing about prenatal development or abortion, she did that.

And that cousin was never born.

Because of that, your cousin’s kids would never have been born.

Nor their kids.

Nor theirs.

Nor theirs and that generational line was completely wiped out.

Let’s say your Aunt was an only child, and always wished she had a sibling.  Your grandma had kept this secret from her. She conceived your dad out of wedlock and, being a church-going person, went to her church for help. They just shamed her for having sex outside marriage and gave her no help, treating her pregnancy like it was a sin. She went to ‘Planned Parenthood’, who had a solution and though it was not what she really wanted, she had an abortion.

Because of that, you and your siblings were never born.

Or your kids, nieces , nephews, or grandkids or great nephews and nieces.

Your great grandkids and every generation following would never be born.

Your dad’s entire generational line was wiped out, ending with his mom.

This family tree shows only 2 generational lines being wiped out but it happens hundreds of thousands of times a year to Christian families.

Let that sink in.
